Auction Rules

The Auction rules describe the Regulatory Framework for the participation procedure of the auction for the reservation of Transmission Capacities between APG and CEPS.

 

Attention!!

We like to inform you about some changes considering the Auction Rules' between the control areas of APG and CEPS valid from 01.December 2010. The changes concern chapter 9 ‘Use of Allocated PTRs’. The ‘gate closure time’ for nomination of long term capacity rights (yearly and monthly capacities) is amended to (D-2) 17:00. Furthermore in the case of mismatch, modifications of schedules are allowed during the correction cycle of one hour (1h) after nomination deadline for yearly, monthly and daily capacity rights. In addition the principle for nomination is extended from 1:1 nomination to a m:n nomination principle.
