Auction Rules for Austrian-Hungarian Border

The Auction rules describe the Regulatory Framework for the participation procedure of the auction for the reservation of Transmission Capacities between APG and MAVIR.

Dear Auction Participants!

We like to inform you about some changes considering the 'Yearly and Monthly Auction Rules' between the control areas of APG and MAVIR, Version 1.0, dated 18.11.2009 to the same document, dated with 04.122009.

The changes concern only the Annexes 4a and 4b, were the date of Corpus Christy was corrected from 06.06.2010 to the correct date of 03.06.2010. Furthermore at the Annex 4a (Austrian Public holidays in 2010) the 31.12.2010 the New Year's eve was deleted, which means, that on that day also the peak product of yearly and monthly capacities will be available.

 

Please note that by Sept. 15, 2010 the auction rules are modified due to changes of the long term capacity auction (see ch. 15: Transfer)  

 

Attention!!

We like to inform you about some changes considering the 'Yearly and Monthly Auction Rules' between the control areas of APG and MAVIR, Version 3.0, dated 21.10.2010 valid from 01.December 2010 to the same document, Version 2.0, dated with 14.07.2010. The changes concern chapter 12 ‘ Use of Allocated Capacity’. The ‘gate closure time’ for nomination of long term capacity rights (yearly and monthly capacities) is amended to (D-2) 17:00. Furthermore in the case of mismatch, modifications of schedules are allowed during the correction cycle of one hour (1h) after nomination deadline for yearly and monthly capacity rights. In addition the principle for nomination is extended from 1:1 nomination to a m:n nomination principle.
